What a wonderful villa - brilliantly equipped, really comfortable and in a great location with wonderful views of the sea. The location was perfect, such a peaceful place but in very close walking distance to great tavernas, a supermarket and lovely bakery - and then a five minute walk to a quiet and clean beach, which also has three tavernas on it. We have spent our two weeks family autumn break in the villa and it has been an absolute pleasure. The view from the poolside onto the sea is just breathtaking. The whole surrounding has beautiful restaurants and villages, which are worth visiting and beaches all couple of kilometers. Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und in der Beschreibung versprochen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann schön am Pool entspannen. In der Nähe sind einige sehr gute Restaurants. Lovely stay in Gennadi! The Villa Mytikas is just outside the village of Gennadi in a lovely spot with a great view of the sea. It´s got fantastic facilities with a beautiful pool, BBQ area and outdoor seeing. It has a great well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. We had a fabulous break here and the local village has a few nice tavernas and a very handy supermarket, bakery and green grocers. Svetlana L., August 2020

This beautiful holiday villa rental has two lovely ensuite bedrooms, leading out to balconies, providing wonderful sea views.  There´s a huge sofa bed in the living area, so ample sleeping accommodation for 6 people.

This gorgeous villa also boasts three full bathrooms.  A modern, fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.  The living area is spacious and light.  The villa has been decorated and furnished in a wonderfully tasteful style by the owners.

Patio doors lead to the outside private pool and dining area, where you will find a built in BBQ with plenty of preparation space.  The pretty garden is well tended with beautiful plants and trees.

This villa being so close to Gennadi, means you can take advantage of all the amenities this traditional village has to offer, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, post office and a medical centre.

If you are looking for activity during your stay in Rhodes, horse riding, fishing, watersports, windsurfing and kitesurfing are near by.  Luxury Villa Mytikas is just 25 minutes drive from Prassonissi, Rhodes´ famous wind and kitesurfing beach.
