Man kann sehr bequem zu 6 dort übernachten wenn es zwei Leute nicht stört im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen. Fußläufig in 2min ist man in einer kleinen sehr hübschen Straße mit vielen Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in 15 min, aber dort gibt es nur einen Steinstrand, daher empfiehlt sich eine Tour mit dem Auto. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft. - Timo W., September 2022

We booked via Home To Go but dealt primarily with this partner company. The holiday home in Rhodes was beautiful, like stepping into the marketing picture. There was a very much appreciated welcome basket of local produce, tea and coffee to start us off. The home was clean and well furnished: extra bedding is provided if you prefer to have more than a sheet on the bed and there is ample cupboard space to unpack into. Further to that, the under-bed space is an excellent place to store your suitcases out of the way. The bedrooms are en-suite with spacious showers plus a further bathroom downstairs which is plenty. The air con system was honestly the most effective i have encountered, meaning pleasant temperatures are achievable for good sleep, especially important with children! It was a nice touch to have a dishwasher and washing machine, but do remember to take tablets/ powder for these or be prepared to pay for whole packs at the mini market.
The pool is ample for cooling off and games but don´t expect to swim lengths. It was a constant delightful temperature and the steps were such that you could sit and read in the shallow end.

Villa Loka is a wonderfully well appointed place just a few minutes walk from the village of Gennadi. With two young children it was nice to be so close to a bakery, supermarket, greengrocer and about 10 different cafes and tavernas all offering a great selection of meals. The villa is spacious, well equipped with a lovely pool which we all swam in every day. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would need and fresh linens and towels were on hand when we needed them. There is just enough for a family of 4 but if there were more people you may need more chairs outside or crockery to avoid constantly washing up. It felt very private and was well shaded in areas too so you could get out of the sun. The air conditioning was a god send as well! The pictures don´t lie; it really is nice! Excellent location supermarket, bakery ,fruit and veg shop within short walk from villa . Villa has everything you need for self catering. Restaurants also a short walk away . An amazing house. We had such a great time in Rodos, mainly thanks to the super nice place. Wunderschöne Villa! Erholung pur. Es war ein wahnsinnig schöner Urlaub. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind super schön und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und super gepflegt. Strongly recommended, Villa Loka is a great place to stay and exactly as the photos show it to be. The local shops are nearby and all you need (and include a great bakery and bar) and the beach is a 10 minute stroll. We spent our holiday in Rodi, this is a very beautiful island with a lot of lovely beaches and a lot of interesting historical sites to visit. 

Villa Loka is the perfect base camp to visit Rodi; The Villa is in a beautiful place, with a nice view and near the Sea and the center with restaraunts, shops and pub.

Villa Loka is very big, spacious and comfortable: with a very big and nice living room, with bathroom and a perfect equipped kitchen; 2 big bedroom with terraces to see the sea. Every bedroom with a very nice bathroom.

Villa Loka has a nice garden with a table to stay outside and a wonderful pool with sunbeds.

We spent many time in Villa Loka because it was fun and relaxing!

Perfect holiday. We have stayed in Villa Loka two years running and there’s a reason why we keep wanting to come back! The villa is just perfect - lovely pool area, built in bbq, outside shady seating, and a great kitchen. Having three bathrooms is also a real plus. We had a friendly welcome and a welcome pack on arrival. The real selling point is the location. It is wonderful to be in walking distance to tavernas, a supermarket, and of course the bakery. Just a warning - having baklava from there every day WILL make you faint when getting back on the scales after your holiday!! Not only are you in walking distance to shops but also very close to the beach and can wake up and look at the sea in the morning. We would recommend the Mojito Beach Bar a few kms up the road for an amazing beach, drinks, food, and cool reggae music playing whilst you’re in the sea. We love Gennadi! - Caroline B.

Fantastic Villa in a great location. Cleo´s welcome was very friendly and informative. After a short viewing we received very good tips and suggestions/ideas for our holiday. The furnishing of the villa is very stylish and there is everything one might need. As a great surprise came the welcome pack in the fridge. Great :-)In the close-by village, approx 3min by foot, there is a supermarket and a bakery, which have everything what your heart might desire. In the evening they just close the street for traffic and all restaurants and shops put out their chairs and tables and everyone sits together. You need to visit Nico´s restaurant. They have the best Gyros on the island, and we tried many..... The booking, contact and advice and tips from the landlord/rental company were wonderful. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return to have another holiday there in the future. What might be important, one should definitely rent a car, and we resorted to Cleo´s help with organising one. There are many beautiful places on Rhodes, which are difficult to be reached by bus. We would have like to give more stars for the rating, but 5 is the maximum :-) The holiday was a dream! - Udo D.

Summer feeling in October.We were welcomed by Cleo very warmly and also got a few tips for the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped and very lovingly furnished. We all -  also our children - felt very comfortable and at home here and enjoyed our stay. In the village of Gennadi you get everything for your daily use. The nearby bakery has a great assortment and delicious treats. In the beach taverns you get simple, but very delicious and traditional Greek food. - Anja A.

Enjoy a second summer in October. We wondered if the Villa would live up to the photos - and it did! The house with light furnishing, loving details (ocean colored sheets, towel, lamp shades) and also the privacy and tranquility enthused us. Even though the pool was cooler than the sea we took advantage of it including the sun loungers, umbrellas and shower and  especially the shaded sitting area. The little village Gennadi is within 2 min. distance with a bakery, supermarket, veggie/fruit shop and more. Restaurants and Taverns in the village and at the beach offer different greek and other dishes, from a simple gyros to a selected fish. - Barbara C.

Beautiful Villa in ideal location.Excellent villa in ideal location 4 minutes from village with a choice of tavernas supermarket and very nice bakery that never seems to close, beach is a 6 minute walk ideal for swimming (small pebbles) and sun beds 4 more tavernas on beach front, the villa has all amenities and the pool is cleaned 4 times a week. weekly maid service. would highly recommend this villa for exploring the beautifull island of rhodes. - David C.

There is a purpose built BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The Private Pool benefits from steps leading down which can also act as seats - a nice place to relax and cool off even if you do not want to swim! The pretty garden area contains olive trees, fruit trees and other mediterranean flowers. There is also a private parking area with a large gate providing privacy and security. The villa even has the added benefit of having it´s own emergency water tank which switches on automatically if the local water cuts off for any reason. This of course does not happen often but it is great to know that you will never be without water!
